“If we were to select the most intelligent, imaginative, energetic and emotionally stable third of mankind, all races would be present.” - Franz Boas

Biography

Jodie earned her bachelor’s degree from Kennesaw State University in Communications. After graduation, she decided to take a different route and spent many years in the fashion industry. Then in 2016, Jodie pivoted and began her legal career. After completing her Paralegal Certification through the University of Georgia, she spent a year at a mediation firm where she observed scores of personal injury and premises liability mediations. Jodie enjoyed it and continued that path as she began cutting her teeth as a personal injury paralegal. Fast forward to today, Jodie is thrilled to be serving the families of Mecklenburg County through the Tom Bush Law Group. With personal experience, she understands the challenges that many of our clients face and is eager to assist each of them through their individual paths forward.

Jodie is an Atlanta native and new to the Charlotte area. In her free time, she enjoys domestic and international travel; she has visited most states and more than 50 countries! But when at home, you can find Jodie on a backyard adventure with her mini-me daughter.
