Tom Bush and Rachel Hamrick Attend Collaborative Law Training

Tom Bush and Rachel Hamrick are attending Civil Collaborative Practice Training this week through the North Carolina Bar Association. Collaborative law is an alternative to dispute resolution in which lawyers and all parties work together toward reaching a cost and time effective solution. This option is excellent for clients who are interested in privacy while allowing them control over the outcome. No judge, no jury and no arbitrator.
